Judge it by the numbers, not by us: wind ratings, materials, temperatures and capacities are published on every product page next to what the equivalent famous product lists. Where ours is behind on something, the page says so. That honesty is cheaper than a flagship store, which is roughly the price difference.
Every product page has a literal contents checklist. If the thing needs a cover, a regulator, a tool or an anchor kit to do its job, it is in the box and on that list. We do not sell 'essential accessories' as a second transaction.
Every order is processed within 24 hours, seven days a week, and ships free and tracked. UK orders typically land in 2-5 working days; the US, Canada, Australia, Ireland, France, Germany and New Zealand in 3-5. If something is going to run late, we tell you before you have to ask.
Every Larkstead product carries 30-day returns and a 2-year replacement guarantee. If a fault appears, a human looks at it and sends the fix or the replacement. No warranty maze, no 'contact the manufacturer'. We are the manufacturer contact.
If you want the badge for the badge's sake, buy the famous one, honestly, it is lovely. And each product page names who it isn't for: a shaded north-facing yard doesn't need our solar kit, and a twelve-guest garden doesn't need the big pergola.
